EVALUATION AND REPAIR PROCESS
1. Once we have received all the necessary information regarding your request, we will pass it along to our Repairs Department to perform the evaluations, estimates and repairs.
2. We will then provide you an RMA number and shipping instructions. Please allow 3 business days for processing.
We recommend that you insure your shipment. If you require confirmation that we have received your shipment, please use the tracking number your shipper provided to you to check the delivery status. We do not provide notification when your product arrives. Armasight is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages.
3. Once your product is received, we will evaluate the product and provide the results of Testing & Evaluation (T&E) with an estimate for repairs, via email.
4. When you approve the estimate for repairs, we will repair your unit and email an invoice for the repairs. If you decline the estimate, you will be invoiced for Testing & Evaluation and return shipping.
5. Only once the invoice is paid, will we ship the repaired unit to the address you provide. When the unit ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to follow the progress of the shipment.

Standard T&E: $125
T&E for "Sealed Systems": $375
Return Shipping: $15
** PLEASE NOTE ** Certain products are considered "Sealed Systems" and require that the seal be broken, cleaned and resealed - those products include Apollo Pro, Zeus Pro, Helios Pro, Prometheus Pro, Gen 2.5 (also labeled as PTS 233, 536 or 736) and Vampire.

**NOTICE**
By sending an out-of-warranty item for repair, the customer agrees to the appropriate T&E fee and shipping charges listed herein for the product type. The T&E fees and shipping charges are applicable to all out-of-warranty products whether repaired or not based on the customer’s direction. Failure to pay these fees, or failure to communicate a reasonable timeline for payment for a period of six (6) months’ time may result in “abandonment” of the product by the customer.
